A first for Genesis, the GV60 features a unique Clamshell Hood—a single panel which combines the hood and fenders, creating a bold impression.
The door handles pop up automatically when the driver approaches with their key fob to provide an even more convenient entry.
The Crystal Sphere is one of the most compelling design elements of the GV60. It is not only an aesthetic element of the interior design, but also creates an emotional connection between the driver and the vehicle. When the vehicle is turned off, the Crystal Sphere reflects the vehicle’s mood lights, adding to the aesthetic of the driving experience. When the vehicle is ready to drive, the sphere rotates and the Shift By Wire (SBW) appears, creating an indoor atmosphere of futuristic mobility.

To make the GV60 more sustainable, various parts are created with eco-friendly and recycled materials. The seats, door armrests, console armrests, and crash pads are made with plant-based leather, while the seat covers and door centre trims feature fabrics made with yarns extracted from recycled PET bottles and fishnets.
Experience the smooth opening and closing of the Electronic Power Charging Door. The charging system can be operated using a range of methods such as a panel push, panel touch, button click, or by using a smart key, the Genesis Connected Services app, or even AVN voice recognition. It also includes an indicator to display 8 battery-charge levels.

When charging at 350kW with the ultra-speed charging function, the battery can be charged from 10% to 80% in just 18 minutes. Furthermore, charging time for the slow charging function has been shortened by increasing the charging capacity from 7.2kW to 11kW.
The V2L (Vehicle-to-Load) feature of the GV60 also makes it possible to conveniently use 220V electric appliances outside of the vehicle.
Highway Driving Assist II is a driving convenience function that helps maintain a set distance and speed from the vehicle ahead, it can support the driver in centring the vehicle in the lane, and can assist with lane changes while driving on sections of major highways.
The GV60 uses navigation data to identify upcoming highway ramps, curves, and speed zones on highways or freeways and adapts accordingly by automatically decelerating and reaccelerating as needed.
FCA assists the driver with emergency braking in the event of a potential collision by detecting obstacles such as pedestrians, cyclists, and vehicles. The GV60 automatically applies braking and or steering assist when a collision is imminent. FCA can also provide evasive steering input to assist in avoiding a collision when necessary.
Safe Exit Assist will alert you when vehicles approaching from behind are detected while a passenger opens their door to exit the vehicle. It also keeps the Electronic Child Safety Lock activated to prevent the doors from opening. And if the risk of a rear side collision is sensed, the door is prevented from opening.
The Surround View Monitor system utilizes cameras mounted around the vehicle to show diverse images of the vehicle’s surroundings, including three-dimensional 360° images from any point of your vehicle, to assist with parking.
Face Connect allows the vehicle to recognize the driver's face to lock or unlock its doors without a key. With Face Connect, the Head-Up-Display (HUD), driver’s seat, steering wheel, side mirrors, and infotainment settings can all be adjusted based on the driver’s customized settings. It can be automatically connected to individual driver profiles, adding a new level of convenience to every drive.

Fingerprint authentication system allows the driver to have access to personal information, unlock their profile, start and drive the vehicle without a key, and also exit valet mode with an enrolled fingerprint.

This function wirelessly updates a variety of infotainment system features, including navigation, the digital instrument cluster, and the Head-Up-Display (HUD). With the GV60, the scope of the updates has been expanded to other key areas of the vehicle, enabling additional software updates such as the EV-integrated control device, suspension, brakes, steering wheel, airbags, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). This allows drivers to update their vehicle’s software without visiting a service centre, ensuring that their vehicle is always up to date with the latest features.
The GV60 is the first Genesis model to apply a next-generation infotainment system, ccIC (connected car Integrated Cockpit), which links clusters and navigation into a panoramic display, while seamlessly connecting content throughout clusters, navigation, and head-up display.
The GV60 is Genesis’ first vehicle to be built on the dedicated EV platform known as Electric-Global Modular Platform (E-GMP), which boasts a body structure, chassis, motor, and battery all optimized for our EV model.
The GV60 comes with a Boost Mode feature for an even more dynamic and luxurious driving experience. Boost Mode immediately increases the vehicle’s maximum output for 10 seconds to achieve peak performance.
